Watson Industrial Center South (WICS) is a private sector project with government buildings as well as private sector projects. Refurbishment of 1 square mile of WICS and 1/2 square mile of Watson Corporate Center (WCC). Scope of work included re-branding of project theme street corner areas, including interior and exterior corners and individual buildings. The buildings were originally built in the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s.
